In your personal login area, you'll then see your individual purchase price – calculated based on the product's current condition and the rental fees already paid. If you like the price, you simply keep the product and only pay the difference.

Your rental products will be delivered to you on time for the start of your rental period.
We will ensure that everything arrives on time. However, we are dependent on external logistics (DHL) and recommend scheduling the delivery of the rental products, and therefore the start of the rental period, one day before your departure date. In other words, plan for an extra day so you have some buffer time and can familiarize yourself with the products.

We clean every product ecologically and gently after each rental so that it is in perfect condition for the next rental.
So that future adventurers can also have fun with outdoor equipment, we would like to ask for your support:
- Please only pack dry products in the box for return shipping
- Please only remove coarse dirt such as sand
- do not use chemical cleaners or brushes. If you want to remove stains, do it with water.
- no product should be put in the dryer or washing machine

The tool pack is designed to easily hold two spare inner tubes and a toolkit. Thanks to the welded seams, everything inside stays completely dry – even in heavy rain or muddy conditions. The combination of a roll-top closure and magnetic Fidlock buckle allows you to open and close your pack in a flash without compromising security. The self-closing magnetic flap offers added convenience on the go.
Attaching the pack to your bike is stable and secure thanks to the clever 3-point system with Hypalon-reinforced Velcro straps – one on the saddle rails and one on the seatpost. Non-slip silicone grip strips prevent slippage and minimize wear on your bike. And to ensure your pack stays strong for years to come, high-wear areas are reinforced with robust abrasion-resistant panels.

The outer shell is made of the specially developed Trilon material – a three-layer laminate with a reinforced core that is completely PFA- and PFC-free. All materials are RF-welded to ensure a permanently waterproof construction. Even the lower section is reinforced with molded thermoplastic to prevent slippage or damage, even on rough trails.
