Your rental products will be delivered to you on time for the start of your rental period.
We will ensure that everything arrives on time. However, we are dependent on external logistics (DHL) and recommend scheduling the delivery of the rental products, and therefore the start of the rental period, one day before your departure date. In other words, plan for an extra day so you have some buffer time and can familiarize yourself with the products.

We clean every product ecologically and gently after each rental so that it is in perfect condition for the next rental.
So that future adventurers can also have fun with outdoor equipment, we would like to ask for your support:
- Please only pack dry products in the box for return shipping
- Please only remove coarse dirt such as sand
- do not use chemical cleaners or brushes. If you want to remove stains, do it with water.
- no product should be put in the dryer or washing machine

The high-quality duck down ensures reliable warmth and a pleasant microclimate – even after a long day in the saddle or on the trail. Thanks to its close-fitting design, your body heat is optimally retained without overheating.

The outer fabric is made from recycled Helium 20D with a PFC-free DWR finish – lightweight, wind-resistant, and breathable. Inside, the recycled Supersoft 20D fabric ensures a comfortable feel against the skin. The 90/10 duck down filling with a minimum fill power of 700 cuin guarantees reliable insulation while remaining lightweight. And best of all: the down used is DOWN CODEX® certified – ensuring the highest ethical and environmental standards.

Note on temperature perception: The temperature ratings are provided by the manufacturer and are standardized. In practice, however, they can vary – especially if you are exhausted, hungry, or wet. The quality of your sleeping mat also has a significant impact, as down is compressed at the back and therefore provides less insulation. A good sleeping mat is therefore essential for a warm night.
