At Eddy's Adventure, we are passionate outdoor enthusiasts ourselves and have tested our equipment in a variety of situations - from multi-day backpacking trips to camping holidays with children. We understand that choosing the right gear for any adventure is crucial, but the market can be overwhelming with products and reviews.

This is exactly where we would like to support you. Our experienced team will be happy to advise you on which tent is easy to set up, which sleeping mat is really comfortable and which backpack is suitable for your tour. We will also help you pack your backpack correctly and select the essential products for your backpacking or camping trip.

Order process

Selection of products, rental period and delivery time

You decide what you rent, when you need it and how long you want to keep it. With a minimum rental period of 3 days, we also enable weekend trips. If you have any questions about our products or the ordering process, we will be happy to help you. Payment process

With us you have the flexibility to choose from different payment systems. We are confident that there is the right payment method for you. Please note that we charge a deposit to cover any possible damage or loss to our high quality and expensive products. However, we want to emphasize that we are not small-minded and don't start counting the tent pegs.

Delivery

Our products are delivered with the reliable shipping service provider DHL. This means that after your rental period you have the convenient option of returning the items free of charge to one of the many DHL shipping stations without wasting any time. The return is completely free of charge for you.

Transport damage

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure that it is complete and intact. If there is visible damage, refuse acceptance. If the damage is only noticed later, you still have a maximum of 7 days to file a damage report with DHL. Please fill out the DHL damage form, have it stamped and confirmed by DHL.

Then inform our team under 'Contact' or call us on 0441-35042938 to report the damage. Send us a copy of the completed damage report so that we can submit it to DHL.

Complaints or contacts have no effect on your statutory warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Your adventure can begin

We hope you enjoy our products during your adventure. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you remotely and support you as best we can.

Product damage during your adventure

If a defect occurs or a product breaks during your adventure - which we hope does not happen - please inform us immediately and, if possible, take a photo of it. We will then try to help you. The photo and description also help us to fairly assess the damage after the rental period.

Return shipping and possible purchase

Please remove any coarse dirt from the items and ensure that they are dry to avoid mold formation. No use of dryers, detergents or chemical cleaners, as we clean the products ecologically and gently. Then pack the items in our shipping box and send them back free of charge via a DHL station. You have 1-2 working days to return the item. If you are interested in purchasing individual items, please contact us in good time before returning so that we can provide you with a price.

Share your adventures with us! Feel free to write to us at info@eddysadventure.de and attach a few nice photos. If you allow us, we can also publish your adventure on our website and inspire other people to have their own adventure.

Rental offers for groups/companies

Discover our tailor-made rental packages for groups and companies at Eddy's Adventure. We offer individual adventure solutions for companies and private groups. For example, companies receive 10 equally packed trekking backpacks from us with all the equipment for a 3-day backpacking trip, including a tent, sleeping mat, suitable sleeping bag, stove and trekking food.

We also currently offer guided trekking tours for individuals and groups who would like to hike with a guide. These guided tours are also available specifically for companies and larger groups to strengthen employee loyalty, promote team building or simply create shared experiences.
