Eddy's Adventure currently delivers to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Belgium. More European countries will follow in 2026.

We ship the products so that they are with you on your first day of rental at the latest. The products usually reach you 1-2 days before your first day of rental, but we cannot always guarantee this due to external DHL logistics. We recommend that you schedule the delivery of the rental products and therefore the start of the rental one day before your departure/start date. This gives you a little buffer and you can still get to know the products.

What happens if damage occurs during the rental period?
What happens if damage occurs during the rental period?
Outdoor adventures are bound to leave their mark. Minor signs of wear and tear are normal and not a problem. However, should any damage occur to the equipment during your rental, we at Eddy's Adventure will handle it fairly and transparently.
We professionally repair minor, repairable damage ourselves. In this case, we only charge you for the actual repair costs. Upon request, you will receive clear documentation, such as photos or a repair invoice.
If a product is damaged beyond repair, we consider it a total loss. In this case, we will charge you the purchase price of the product, meaning the price we paid to acquire the equipment ourselves. A new price or a recommended retail price will not be applied.
Many types of damage to rented outdoor equipment are covered by personal liability insurance. You can submit the claim there. We are happy to assist you with all the necessary documents, such as invoices, damage descriptions, and photos.
It's important to us: Please contact us as soon as you notice any damage. Together we'll find a fair and straightforward solution so that your adventure remains a positive memory.

We have a minimum rental period of 3 days. You can choose the rental period flexibly in daily increments. We have a maximum rental period of 6 weeks. If you would like to rent for a longer period, please contact us and we will give you an individual offer for your duration.
If you would like to borrow a larger number of products as a group, please contact us personally or send us an email to info@eddysadventure.de.

Our products are generally new or, if they have already been borrowed, as good as new. After each rental period, the products are checked and, if defective, replaced with new products.

Yes, the equipment is cleaned after every rental. We use biodegradable cleaners that minimize environmental impact. If you see water spots on products, these are not stains, but rather an indication that the surfaces, for example on the tent or sleeping mat, have been cleaned. Sleeping bags are cleaned with down-specific detergent.

Yes, you can also purchase the borrowed items if you want to keep them and not send them back to us. Talk to us about this early enough. You will then receive an attractive special price from us for your items because you have already used them.

No, you do not have to clean the products as we check and clean each item after the rental process.
In order to ensure that the products can be used for as long as possible in the spirit of environmental protection, we would like to ask that the products are free of any coarse dirt and are sent back to us in dry packaging.
The tent, sleeping mat or sleeping bag should NOT be packed up damp after your adventure, otherwise they can quickly become moldy and damage the high-quality functional fabrics.
Please do not clean with brushes, chemicals, detergents or washing machines, otherwise the products may be damaged.
