Your rental products will be delivered to you on time for the start of your rental period.
We will ensure that everything arrives on time. However, we are dependent on external logistics (DHL) and recommend scheduling the delivery of the rental products, and therefore the start of the rental period, one day before your departure date. In other words, plan for an extra day so you have some buffer time and can familiarize yourself with the products.

So that future adventurers can also have fun with outdoor equipment, we would like to ask for your support:
- Please only pack dry products in the box for return shipping
- Please only remove coarse dirt such as sand
- do not use chemical cleaners or brushes. If you want to remove stains, do it with water.

This system is optimally designed for use with the HANDLE BAR AERO BAG. The hydration bladder sits centrally in the bag and remains perfectly balanced even when fully filled with 2.5 liters. You still have plenty of storage space above the bladder for light items like a jacket, snacks, or tools. The drinking tube is routed through an opening on the back of the bag and can be flexibly attached to the handlebars or aero extensions – so you can drink anytime without taking your hands off the handlebars.
